How does check-in and arrival work?
A trilingual reception team will be available. At check-in, you will pick up your wristband, receive instructions, check schedules, and stay informed about everything included in your package.
What is the operating period for Vila Mundo?
We will operate during the opening and closing hours and periods determined by the Universo Paralello Festival organization.
If I check in after the festival starts, will I still have my tent?
Yes. All reservations are guaranteed, meaning all guests will have their accommodations reserved for the entire festival period once the package purchase is confirmed.
How do I change my package type?
Any and all changes, such as transfer of ownership or change of package type, must be requested in advance to the Vila Mundo organization via email at universoparalello@vilamundo.com.

Will there be security?
Yes, we have 24-hour security service available.
What are the bathrooms and showers like?
Vila Mundo will feature dry toilets and showers with hot and cold water in individual cabins. They are for collective use, but exclusive to Vila Mundo guests.
How will the shading for the tents be?
All villages will have shaded areas.
🍽️ Food and Beverages
Will food be available at all times?
Yes. Breakfast is included, while lunch and dinner will be available at the Vila’s restaurant (charged separately), along with snacks at any time. Practical hydration and energy options will also be offered so you can enjoy the festival without breaks.
Will Vila Mundo have a bar?
Yes. An exclusive bar will offer signature cocktails specially prepared to make the experience even more flavorful.

If the Universo Paralello Festival allows access to minors, Vila Mundo will also accept them on its premises. For information regarding rates for minors and/or requests for extra beds for children and babies, please contact the Vila Mundo organization via email at universoparalello@vilamundo.com.
🎶 Entertainment and Comfort
Will there be a lounge with DJs?
Yes. DJs will perform within an exclusive Vila space. Access rules are provided at the time of purchase and check-in. This space ensures more music, comfort, and a true festival atmosphere
Will WiFi be available?
Yes. WiFi will be available in the Vila Lounge and the beach area, exclusive to Vila Mundo guests.
🎒 What to Pack
What should I bring?
Essential personal items and your best dancefloor energy. Everything else can be sorted on-site with the support of our team.
Will the tents have fans? If not, can I bring one?
Only in the Cabana 2P and Family 4P packages. For all other packages, guests may bring battery-operated fans. Electric fans are not allowed, and there will be no power outlets inside these tents.
Will there be power outlets in the tents?
Only in the Chalet 2P, Container 4P, and Nomad Dome 2P & 3P packages. For all other accommodations, Vila Mundo will provide a reserved common area with power outlets. The use of extension cords is strictly prohibited.
Do I need to bring a padlock?
Yes. Lockers do not include padlocks, so you must bring your own or purchase one at the Vila Store inside Vila Mundo.
🏕️ Accommodation and Camping Structure
Can I take the camping tent home?
No. The tents and all items are property of Vila Mundo and cannot be removed. If any item is missing at check-out, a fee will be charged.
What items are included in each package?

Will I be able to lock the tents?
No. For security purposes, Vila Mundo will provide locker services already included in your package.
How do the lockers work?
The service is exclusive to guests, with 24-hour access. The number of lockers is proportional to the purchased package. Padlocks are not included. Vila Mundo is not responsible for any loss or damage.
Is it possible to stay near my friends’ tents?
It is not possible to choose a specific location. Tent distribution is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
